Warranty
The warranty period is the period during which, upon detection of defects in the products, the customer has the right to demand from the manufacturer or seller to take measures to eliminate them. If it is proved that the deficiencies did not arise due to violation of the rules of operation, then the seller will be obliged to eliminate them.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of sale.
The company engaged in the manufacture of products guarantees the compliance of roof gulleys with the requirements of STO 22.29.29-001-36683078-2019, if the rules of operation, transportation and storage are observed.
The warranty comes into effect:
- from the moment of transfer of the product to the customer, if the contract does not contain specific information on this account;
- from the date of manufacture, if it is not possible to determine the day of purchase;
- from the start of the season for seasonal products.
Terms
- Claims regarding the quality of the purchased product must be submitted before the end of the warranty period;
- Defective products are replaced with new similar products during the warranty period.
Service
- Replacing with a similar product without surcharge;
- Return of the product and transfer of money to the buyer's account.
The warranty is not applied in the event of defects arising in the following cases:
- improper handling and transportation;
- damage caused by improper operation;
- violation of certificate modes of operation, storage, installation and maintenance of products;
- damage received due to force majeure, fire, environmental impact;
- due to interference with the design of the product.
Return and replacement of products
Good quality products
Buyers are guaranteed the right to refuse a product of good quality within 2 weeks from the date of purchase in the following cases:
- the product has a marketable appearance and has not been put into operation, is in the purchased packaging with all labels applied, and all the documentation for its purchase is available;
- the product does not appear in the list of products of good quality, which cannot be returned or replaced.
If an expert review is required to confirm the compliance of the product with the standards, the exchange should be done within twenty days.
The buyer is given the opportunity to replace products of good quality with another similar products or a product equivalent in price, or for other products with a refund or additional payment of the price difference.
Refund
The refund period depends on the payment method that the buyer initially chose:
- In case of cash payment, the money can be returned through the cashier no later than ten days after the receipt of the return application;
- In case of non-cash payment, the products purchase amount is credited to the bank card within 7 working days, as the buyer makes a corresponding request;
- In case of using one or another electronic payment system, a refund is made to an electronic wallet within ten days.
